My Mission

I help people get out of pain and take their functionality to a higher level by focusing on their posture.

I focus on the root cause of your pain and limitations, not the symptoms. I help teach clients the tools of understanding their own body to stop the vicious doctor cycles and live a happy, fulfilling life without pain!

What is posture therapy?

  • A whole body approach to realign the entire musculoskeletal system to create a balance, functional unit through individually sequenced exercise routines.
  • 1:1 approach that does not have protocols. Treating the uniqueness of your body without any assumptions. 
  • Finds the root cause or WHY you are in pain. Giving client back their power of understanding their body's needs. Where you hurt is not the source of your pain.
  • Virtual therapy offered that is just as effective and provides more convenience.
