The last reason we should stop dancing or raving should be because of pain..
Ever have to stop dancing and try to stretch during a show or at a festival?

As a fellow raver, I understand all of these! Especially as we get older, the aches and pains start to show more frequently. With my outside profession of being a Postural Therapist, I have created an exercise guide that will help you increase your functionality, reduce/eliminate your aches and pains, and keep you doing what you do best! I understand that pain can influence not only our physical body, but also our mental and emotional states. Even if your aches and pains do not show up in daily life or are shortly lived, the body keeps score of these and they will most likely resurface with a vengeance.
