Integrating Healing with Raving
Join us for a soul-expanding 4-day/3-night stay in Idaho Springs for this Root to Rise Retreat. We created this retreat with the love of raving and passion for integration of the mind, body and soul. Where play meets healing, intertwine yourself with like-minded female ravers who want to connect more deeply with our soul’s purpose.
Our Why:
Before we can spread love and express our magical, purest forms, we need to be grounded, aligned, and compassionate towards all our inner parts (shadows and all). When we are experiencing excessive external stimuli, it’s crucial to learn to listen to the body’s natural protective systems in order to develop personal agency and advocate for our individual needs. Only then can we allow our bodies to experience the pleasure-filled states of pure joy, connection and self-acceptance.
We want to teach ravers and playfully-minded females a variety of tools to help return back home to themselves after ecstatic states, like raving, so we can all make the most of these experiences and integrate the lessons that the body teaches us fully.
We care about safety and want to bring together a community of females that we can cherish for a lifetime, both on and off the dance floor.
We are so excited to meet you!
All our love,
Olivia & Tara
Our Offerings

Posture therapy focuses on the root causes of pain and limitations in the body. Where you hurt is not the source of your pain, it’s the part of the body that is overworking or overcompensating because something else shut off. Posture therapy treats each body as an individual because we can have the same pain points but different dysfunctions. By rebalancing the musculoskeletal system, it will aid in recovery, pain reduction, & increased functionality.
Each participant will receive a 1:1 session that will specifically address their misalignments and pain points.
Function & Flow classes will be offered as a group to help set your body up for each set of activities being done that day!

Integrative bodywork with MNRI® is a type of trauma release therapy to help improve sleep, stress resiliency, digestion, and to generally be more connected to your body’s natural and learned responses. A reflex has two purposes; the first is to protect us from stress and danger. The second, is the foundation to higher level cortical driven development (emotional, physical, and cognitive). The ultimate goal of MNRI is to help to organize and calm your nervous system to allow for higher level cognitive thinking by clearing paths of dysfunction and re-patterning more functional pathways.

Shamanic soul journeys have long been used in many cultures as a way to retrieve parts of our souls that may be lost due to generational or present trauma. Tara’s technique merges these traditional ways with science-backed tools to help re-parent past versions of yourself, talk more intimately with your higher selves, or even meet your spirit guides. When you are lead in a soul retrieval/soul journey, you will be compassionately guided to see the situation from a different perspective; often this looks like dealing with parts of yourself that are more difficult to look at. Once you’re aware (without judgment), you will be challenged to change a behavior that is associated with the thought you have about yourself.
-
2 different types of yoga will be offered: Nidra & Restorative.
Yoga Nidra is focused on meditation with no movement. Restorative is a gentle sequence with supportive positions. Anyone is able to do yoga and you do not have to be flexible in order to participate!
-
Have support through clearing the mind and taking a journey within to help you settle back into the body.
-
Guided, intentional breathing techniques in order to achieve altered states of consciousness and to have a variety of effects on physical and mental well-being.
-
Facilitated by trained professionals. This offering is completely voluntary for those who want to dive deeper into their healing.
-
Shaking meditations and ecstatic dance are modalities that help reduce cortisol and flush adrenaline through the body to help integrate playful states through movement and sound. Using specific frequency of sound and rhythms (scientifically proven to speed up the release of anxious emotions) using up-beat music genres such as house/techno and drum and bass, Tara will guide through basic movement patterns and shaking patterns to get your body familiar with the feeling. Tara then guides into free form movement and ecstatic dance followed by an integrating grounding meditation.
By the end of this practice and moving meditation, you will be feeling lighter, more connected to your playful spirit and more expansive in your capacity to feel and experience this world.
-
Talking about harm reduction to bring awareness and intention while you rave. Can be useful for yourself, your rave fam, and others.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to help people make positive changes in their thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. By guiding a person into a deeply relaxed and focused state, a hypnotherapist can work with the subconscious mind to address issues like stress, habits, fears, or pain. It is often used alongside other treatments for mental and physical well-being.
Reiki is a healing practice that involves gentle touch or hovering hands to promote relaxation and well-being. It is based on the idea that energy flows through the body, and balancing this energy can support healing and reduce stress. People use Reiki as a complementary therapy to enhance overall health and relaxation.
